Starting on 1st June, I'll be running a 12 session training programme on Strategic Customer Care in association with Eagle HR.
The course is designed to help you maximise the business development and revenue generating opportunities that your customer care team have.
Our Strategic Customer Care training programme provides long-term, incremental reinforcement training and coaching to ensure a return on the training investment. In addition to proven technical skills, positive attitudes and productive behaviors are developed to effectively implement winning strategies.
We'll be answering questions such as "What Do Customers Really Want?" and "Understanding Customer Behavior (Transactional Analysis)" as well as communication skills, dealing with difficult people and much more! The course helps you focus and equip your customer care team with the skills to work strategically for the benefit or your business as well as your customers.
